Bell Textron Will Launch Helicopter Production in Ukraine: Details of the Agreement.

Collaboration with Bell Textron: New Horizons for Ukraine's Aviation Industry

According to inkorr.com: At the AUSA 2025 international exhibition in Washington, the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bell Textron Inc aimed at developing cooperation in the field of aviation technologies.

According to information from the Ministry of Economy, this document creates opportunities for the establishment of production and service capacities in Ukraine, which will promote the development of high-tech machine engineering and strengthen the country's industrial capabilities.

As part of the agreements, the company will begin preparations for localizing production, which includes:

• opening a Bell representative office in Ukraine;
• creating a final assembly and testing center (FACO);
• assessing the possibilities for establishing a joint venture with Ukrainian partners;
• transferring necessary technologies, equipment, and tools for organizing production;
• training and internships for Ukrainian engineers and technical specialists in the USA, and later in Ukraine.

These initiatives will form the basis for launching licensed helicopter production in Ukraine and will contribute to the formation of new industrial opportunities in the aviation sector.

'For Ukraine, this Memorandum is a step towards the development of modern high-tech production, expanding industrial capabilities, and attracting investments in strategic sectors. We aim for Ukraine to become part of global production chains and innovative partnerships,' said Vitaliy Kindraty, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

The signing of the Memorandum was part of the Ukrainian government delegation's participation in the AUSA 2025 exhibition. This event gathered over 44,000 participants from 92 countries and more than 750 companies engaged in technologies, innovations, and industrial cooperation.

The agreement between Ukraine and Bell Textron opens new pathways for the development of the aviation industry, the creation of new production capacities, and the attraction of investments in high-tech helicopter manufacturing. This is an important step towards strengthening cooperation in the aviation sector, which can positively impact the country's economic potential.
