Bill No. 13455, which has been recommended for adoption by the deputies, simplifies checks for businesses that pay higher wages. This will ease conditions for businesses and support those who honestly pay their employees.

Chairman of the Financial Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Danilo Hetmantsev, talked about this in his interview for Novyny.LIVE.

The essence of Bill No. 13455

Hetmantsev explained that the committee proposes to eliminate small restrictions, such as fines for late declarations of 340 hryvnias, so that large companies can function smoothly and increase the number of employees.

The bill also introduces tools within the framework of a risk-oriented approach to business checks. This means that if a business is honest, it is practically not checked, and if it is dishonest - it is checked more.

'If we talk about the 'White Business Club', as it is referred to by the public, more than 9,000 enterprises and one thousand individual entrepreneurs are already on this list. And there is very high demand: businesses want to be included in the 'club', businesses want us to expand this list,' said Hetmantsev.

The deputy noted that an honest taxpayer should not have any fines at all.

It was previously announced that by 2028, the average salary in Ukraine is planned to increase annually by almost 5 thousand hryvnias, which may lead to reaching a level of 39,758 hryvnias in three years. It was also reported that in the agricultural sector, there was an increase in the average income of employees last year.

Bill No. 13455 is aimed at simplifying checks for businesses that regularly pay high salaries. This will allow companies to develop calmly and increase the number of employees, providing greater stability in the employment sector. Also important is the risk-oriented system of checks, which aims to encourage honest businesses and punish dishonest economic entities. These legislative innovations will contribute to improving the business climate in Ukraine and stimulating the growth of the country's economy.
