According to The Sun: Andy Carroll, former England international, ignored his manager's advice regarding personal issues and went on holiday.

The injured Carroll is currently in Ibiza with his girlfriend Lou Teasdale, trying to mend their relationship.

This holiday comes a few weeks after a conversation that Andy had with Dagenham and Redbridge manager Lee Bradbury.

A source told The Sun:

“Andy’s romantic relationship with Lou is attracting a lot of unnecessary attention. He was cautioned by the manager.”

The source added:

“But Andy is blinded by love. His remarks had no impact.”

The former Liverpool and Newcastle striker signed with amateur club Dagenham and Redbridge this summer.

He suffered an injury during training and won’t be able to play until next month.

However, instead of staying in London to recover, he flew to Ibiza with influencer Lou.
