The EU urges Ukraine to attack the Russian Federation
The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell called on Ukraine to lift restrictions on strikes on military targets in Russia.
According to him, the appropriation of the DPRK by the Russian army for an offensive is evidence of the globalization of the war. Borrell warned of the need to increase support for Ukraine from Europe.
"More military support, more training opportunities, more money, quicker delivery, and also the permission to hit the enemy's military targets on its territory. It's not enough to stop the arrows; you need to attack the archers," emphasized the EU High Representative.
During his visit to Kyiv on November 9, Borrell visited a drone manufacturing plant, which he reported on social networks.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha, at a press conference with Borrell, announced the preparation of a meeting between the Presidents of Ukraine and the USA. He noted, "The dialogue between President Zelensky and the newly elected President Trump is already established, and the speed of phone calls indicates the existence of direct contact between the leaders of the states."
