Reservation and deferral simultaneously: does the conscript face a fine.

Expert Vladislav Dery reported how to act in a situation where the conscript has both a deferral and a reservation from conscription. According to him, in such a case, the deferral will be in effect, and the reservation will be canceled.

According to the decision of the Ministry of Economy, government bodies, self-governing bodies, and enterprises are obliged to withdraw the deferral from the conscript within five days if it is still active. At the same time, if the Ministry of Economy decides to cancel the reservation, the enterprise must withdraw the reservation document from the person and report it.

In particular, Dery emphasized that the citizen is not threatened with any responsibility, but the enterprise could theoretically receive a fine. Therefore, it is important for the enterprise to provide information about the change in the conscript's status to the Ministry of Economy if the deferral period has not yet expired.

Mobilization in Ukraine continues, and in particular, the conscription volume has been increased in one of the regions.
