The National Bank of Ukraine emphasized the importance of distinguishing between different types of foreign currencies that are popular among Ukrainians. Among them, we can highlight real money, worn or damaged banknotes, as well as fake imprints that are not suitable for everyday use.
Fake banknotes cannot be used for transactions; they need to be handed over for examination
On the other hand, in July, the exchange rate of the euro in Ukraine increased due to global trends. Currently, Ukrainians are advised to refrain from purchasing euros due to peak pricing, while the dollar rate remains stable.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, it is important to understand the peculiarities of different types of foreign currencies and be cautious when using them to avoid potential financial losses from the use of counterfeit banknotes.
