Conscripts Allowed to Remove Violations Online: How It Works.
New Way to Regulate Military Registration Issues in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: A new method for quickly resolving military registration issues has appeared in Ukraine. Now, individuals who are subject to military service can promptly eliminate violations and obtain a deferment using the 'Reserve+' mobile app. This was explained by lawyer Kateryna Petrenko from the 'Aktum' law firm in Mykolaiv.
According to the lawyer, if the user does not have several simultaneous violations, the process proceeds without complications. The user submits an application, acknowledges the fact of the violation, and waits for a decision – usually, this is three days. Then, they pay a fine of 8500 hryvnias, after which the information is automatically sent to the TCC, and the person's status is updated in the application.
In practice, results can be seen almost immediately: 'The client paid the fine, and by the next day saw that they were removed from the wanted list - the mark in the system disappeared. The documents for the deferment were submitted that same day, and within two days it was approved.' The lawyer advises checking in advance the number of violations that a person has; this can be done through a lawyer's request or directly with the TCC. It is important to coordinate actions with the employer so that after the status is updated, documents for reserving can be submitted immediately. On average, from the moment of paying the fine to receiving confirmation, it takes about three days.
Thus, the new approach in Ukraine allows conscripts to quickly and effectively resolve their issues through the special 'Reserve+' app, making the process of obtaining a military ID simpler and more convenient for the population.
This new mechanism can significantly simplify the lives of many Ukrainians who have military registration issues. The speed and convenience of the process can reduce stress for those facing misunderstandings in military registration, as practice shows that timely resolution of problems means the possibility of avoiding unnecessary complications in the future.
