Garnacho, 21, watched as his new team celebrated the victory despite several controversial VAR decisions.
This transfer marks the end of his career in the 'goal-scoring brigade' of Manchester United.
However, he has yet to participate in matches this season due to a lack of attention from Ruben Amorim.
Garnacho signed a long-term contract that will last until 2032.
After the deal was finalized, he stated in a club interview:
“This is an amazing moment for my family and me to join this great club. I can't wait to get started.”
“I watched the Club World Cup, and joining the world champions is special, as we are the best team in the world.”
“It's amazing to be here, and I am very happy.”
