Will there be power outages on September 12: Ukrenergo's forecast.
Tomorrow, September 12, no restrictions on electricity are expected to be implemented. This was reported by the press service of Ukrenergo.
Energy experts urge to use electricity sparingly throughout the day. "Do not turn on several powerful electrical appliances simultaneously between 18:00 and 22:00," the statement said.
It should be noted that currently it is impossible to determine the conditions under which Ukrainians will experience the winter heating season. The state is preparing for winter and possible Russian attacks, protecting energy facilities with the first and second levels of protection.
It has become known that due to the cancellation of hourly blackout schedules from September 9, electricity consumption in Ukraine has increased.
By the way, the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development has started building a third level of passive protection at NEC Ukrenergo substations, but international partners do not see the feasibility of funding such an expensive project until the technology is tested.
In addition, the European Commission is working on increasing the maximum volume of electricity supplies to Ukraine.
As reported, former head of Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi said that Ukraine's energy facilities will have three levels of protection in the form of engineering fortifications in case of Russian attacks.
