Digital Deferrals Introduced in Ukraine: How to Apply Now Through Reserve+.
According to inkorr.com: Since the beginning of November, a new digital system for processing deferrals from mobilization has been introduced in Ukraine. Now, the entire procedure is carried out exclusively in electronic format through the 'Reserve+' application or through administrative service centers. Territorial centers for recruitment and social support no longer accept paper documents.
'The majority of people were specifically seeking to process deferrals. Now this is no longer necessary, and the employees of the TCC instead of accepting all documents from citizens can now engage in other matters. First and foremost, conducting mobilization activities, addressing social issues, and recruiting.' - explained Mykola Katchanenko.
During this time, over 720 thousand deferrals have been extended, most of which were processed through the 'Reserve+' application. There is no longer a need for paper certificates, as the military registration document can be printed independently.
Advantages of Digitalizing the Deferral Processing Process
Digitalization significantly reduces corruption risks and decreases the likelihood of human errors. Deferrals can now be processed through the 'Reserve+' application or the CNAP, which complicates the possibilities for abuse.
Previously, there were reports of the possibility of removing individuals from the TCC search.
Thus, the new digital system for processing deferrals has simplified the procedure for citizens and reduced corruption risks, providing an opportunity to quickly and safely obtain important documents through specialized applications or the CNAP.
