According to Novyny.live: A notable increase in fuel prices is being recorded across Kharkiv, particularly for automotive gas and diesel. The cost of these fuels varies significantly depending on the gas station network.

On that date, the average prices per liter were as follows:

  • Premium A-95 gasoline — 74.84 UAH;
  • Standard A-95 gasoline — 70.77 UAH;
  • A-92 gasoline — 66.49 UAH;
  • Diesel fuel — 84.70 UAH;
  • LPG (autogas) — 46.60 UAH.

Compared to two days earlier, on March 28, the price of diesel rose from 84 UAH to 84.70 UAH per liter.

At major chains like WOG and OKKO, premium A-95+ gasoline can reach nearly 78 UAH per liter, while diesel costs up to 87.99 UAH. In contrast, at SUN OIL, U.GO, and BRSM-Nafta stations, standard A-95 gasoline starts at 64.99 UAH per liter, and diesel begins at 81.99 UAH. For LPG, prices range between 44.98 and 47.99 UAH per liter.

Additionally, the Kharkiv city government has allocated over 314 million UAH for road repairs, a factor that could further drive demand for fuel in the region.

Impact of Rising Fuel Prices

The fuel price hike in Kharkiv may stem not only from broader economic conditions but also from local infrastructure plans, as increased roadwork typically boosts fuel consumption. This heightened demand could push prices even higher in the near future.

For drivers, these rising costs directly affect transportation expenses and reflect broader economic trends in the region.
