As of June 4, the average price for a metric ton of wheat stands at 10,086 hryvnias—just 3 hryvnias lower than the average recorded over the previous eight days. At the end of May, wheat was trading at 10,066 hryvnias per ton, while on May 27, a ton cost 10,089 hryvnias.

What is currently happening in the grain market? Rye in Ukraine now averages 10,147 hryvnias per ton. Rapeseed has climbed to 23,918 hryvnias per ton, while oats are priced at 10,138 hryvnias per ton. Millet, meanwhile, costs 15,646 hryvnias per ton. Additionally, on the domestic market, a ton of feed barley was valued at over 10,000 hryvnias at the end of May.

How about corn, rapeseed, rye, and oats? As of June 4, a ton of corn is selling for 10,531 hryvnias, compared to 10,579 hryvnias on May 27. Export prices for feed barley have ranged between $210 and $220. Overall, the grain market is showing a degree of stability, despite minor price fluctuations over recent days.
