The Risks of Artificial Intelligence: What Advice Could Cost You Money.
Insufficient Accuracy of Advice from Artificial Intelligence
According to The Sun: Consumers risk losing money due to unclear, inaccurate, and risky advice from artificial intelligence tools. The organization Which? conducted testing of platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Gemini AI Overview, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI, and Perplexity to evaluate how effectively these tools respond to consumer inquiries.
Researchers asked each tool 40 questions, and the responses were evaluated to determine their accuracy.
These results underscore the importance of caution when using solutions proposed by artificial intelligence. Consumers should be attentive and critically assess the information received, especially when it comes to financial decisions. The reliability of technologies remains a crucial issue amid the increasing use of AI in everyday life.
