CUKR Card for Ukrainians in Poland: Why the Issuance of Documents is Delayed.

The main requirement is continuous residence in Poland as of June 4, 2025. Also, one must have UKR status on this date and for the 365 days preceding the application.

Application Submission Possibility

The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, Maciej Duszczyk, noted that the process for accepting applications for the CUKR card may start on January 1, 2026, however, this depends on the adoption of the relevant bill and its signing by the president.
