US President Joe Biden allowed Ukrainian troops to use Atacms missiles for strikes on Russia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed this decision and emphasized that it is a plan to strengthen the country and achieve victory. He noted that words do not inflict damage, but the missiles will speak for themselves.
