According to TSN.ua: At the Munich Security Conference, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen argued that Ukraine must be permitted to conduct long-range strikes against military targets within Russia. She asserted that

"Russia is not going to change and 'understands only the language of force,'"

reflecting her conviction that Ukraine needs access to all available means to successfully conclude the conflict. This stance represents a significant shift in the debate over Western military aid.
