FOP-3 Declaration for 2025 must be submitted by November 10: how to do it through Diia.
Submission of declarations for FOP simplified
According to inkorr.com: Ukrainian entrepreneurs have a limited time to submit the report for 2025. The deadline for submitting the FOP group 3 declaration is November 10, but thanks to the 'Diia' app, this process has become significantly easier and faster. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with the State Tax Service, advises not to delay the preparation of documents manually.
The declaration submission service is available for:
FOP group 3 with a single tax of 5%, entrepreneurs without VAT and those who do not have hired employees. The report can be filled out in just a few clicks.
Authorization in the 'Diia' app allows avoiding issues with passwords to personal accounts or expired qualified electronic signatures (QES). On the 'Services → Taxes → Single Tax Payer Declaration for three quarters' page, the report can be quickly submitted.
Using the 'Diia' app, entrepreneurs can not only pay taxes but also make mandatory contributions, such as the Unified Social Contribution of 22% of the minimum wage, which amounts to 5,280 hryvnias per quarter.
Thanks to the 'Diia' app, Ukrainian entrepreneurs can quickly and easily submit declarations and pay taxes, making the entire process more convenient and efficient.
This step is important for simplifying bureaucracy and supporting entrepreneurship in Ukraine. Given the rapid development of technology, such innovations can significantly ease the lives of entrepreneurs, allowing them to focus on business development rather than paperwork.
