Dele Alli shares news from his life

According to The Sun: Dele Alli has shared a rare update on social media after leaving the club 'Como' in September.

The 29-year-old footballer was released from the Italian club, although he signed an 18-month contract in January. The club announced the termination of the agreement on September 1.

Dele played just one match for the Serie A team, managed by Cesc Fabregas — 10 minutes in a game against 'Milan' at the 'San Siro' stadium in March, after which he was sent off.

This match was his first official game since February 2023, when he was loaned to 'Besiktas' from 'Everton'.

However, Dele has shown fans and potential clubs that he is actively working on improving his fitness.

In his Instagram post, which was his first since August 21, he shared a video compilation where he enjoys a holiday and training camp in Bali.

The video for his 8.1 million followers shows how the former England international trains in warm weather in the gym and on the field, doing various exercises for strength and fitness, as well as working with the ball.

The video also shows him standing under a waterfall and admiring the picturesque landscapes of Southeast Asia.

The post features the song 'Can We Freestyle' by Skrapz, starting with a frame from the classic film 'Scarface'.

Al Pacino, the character Tony Montana in the film, says: 'I want what belongs to me... the world, Chico, and everything in it.'

Dele revealed last year that he has a daily reminder on his phone at 11 AM about the 2026 World Cup.

“You know you can set a reminder on your phone. I have a reminder at 11 AM that says: 'World Cup 2026.'

“This is my goal at the moment. I think people will think, 'he hasn't played in a year', but I don't care, I know my level.

“The only goal I have right now is the World Cup.”

Dele has 37 caps for the England national team and scored three goals, but has not played for the 'Three Lions' since June 2019.

His name is linked to possible moves to three Championship clubs: 'Wrexham', 'Birmingham', and 'West Bromwich', as he seeks to revive his career.
