The state sold bank assets worth 1.5 billion UAH: auction results of 2025.
Results of Electronic Auctions in 2025
According to Novyny.live: In 2025, the state actively sold the assets of banks that exited the market through electronic auctions. As a result, 104 successful auctions were held, and the total transaction amount reached nearly 1.5 billion hryvnias. These auctions became an important tool in the liquidation process of ten banks.
Leaders and Transaction Structure
Among the leaders based on transaction amounts were three banks:
- AT 'MR BANK' with results of 1.1 billion hryvnias,
- AT 'Finance and Credit' with 243.7 million hryvnias,
- AT 'Kominvestbank' with 78.1 million hryvnias.
The most productive month was April, when 931 million hryvnias were obtained from asset sales.
The structure of the auctions shows that:
- 63% of transactions concerned real estate, land plots, and fixed assets,
- 15% of transactions were related to claims on loans to individuals,
- 13% – to claims on loans to legal entities.
Among the most notable lots were:
- a bank building in Transcarpathia, the price of which increased from 4.7 million hryvnias to 8 million hryvnias,
- a town in Kharkiv, which rose in price from 117.6 thousand hryvnias to 240 thousand hryvnias,
- a car from PJSC 'Prominvestbank', which raised its price from 261.9 thousand hryvnias to 492 thousand hryvnias.
Thus, the results of the auctions in 2025 testify to the effectiveness of electronic trading and the state's activity in the liquidation of bank assets.
The process of liquidating bank assets through electronic auctions in Ukraine demonstrates positive dynamics in the management of state assets. The effectiveness of such auctions can serve as an example for further reforms in the financial sector, which, in turn, will affect the stability of the banking system and the economy of the country as a whole. The next steps of the state in this area may include improving auction mechanisms and attracting more investors to increase competition and prices for assets.
