The Pension Fund clarified who is entitled to social assistance: new rules.

Who is entitled to state social assistance
- Individuals over 65 years old who, due to certain circumstances, cannot receive a regular pension, as well as persons with disabilities.
- People with first group disabilities who do not receive a pension.
- Children who have lost a breadwinner, if one of the parents did not have enough time to earn the required work record for receiving an invalid pension of the third group.

- The amount of assistance depends on the category of the recipient and is a certain percentage of the subsistence minimum.
