Remote medical commission for servicemen abroad: who can undergo online.
According to inkorr.com: Ukrainians are being notified about the opportunity to undergo the military-medical commission (MMC) online. Lawyer Roman Likhachov noted that the remote medical commission is available for servicemen and law enforcement officers who have been receiving treatment outside Ukraine for more than a year.
What diseases are covered by the remote medical commission
The remote medical commission is allowed for various diseases, including oncological diseases, serious injuries, and organ damage. It has significantly simplified the procedure for severely wounded individuals who have difficulties with transportation to undergo the commission in Ukraine.
Appealing MMC decisions
There is now also the possibility to appeal MMC decisions for those who disagree with the commission's conclusions. In case of disagreement, one can contact various institutions, starting from the regional commission to judicial instances.
Main advantages of the remote medical commission
The implementation of the remote medical commission aims to expedite the process for individuals receiving treatment abroad. This will help avoid additional difficulties and quickly resolve important issues for servicemen and law enforcement officers.
The inclusion of the opportunity to conduct the medical commission online will significantly ease access to necessary medical services for Ukrainian servicemen and law enforcement officers who are abroad. This innovation meets modern needs and simplifies procedures related to medical examinations in the conditions of war and difficult circumstances.
