'We have always emphasized that we will do everything in our power to thwart such plans and protect our country from Russian espionage, diversions, and cyberattacks,' Kok added. She also mentioned that Russian intelligence services have recently been weakened due to the expulsion of many agents, and German intelligence services are closely monitoring the recruitment of individuals who are 'low-level agents.' German media conducted an investigation that revealed possible diversions using incendiary devices in DHL courier parcels. This investigation is linked to the Russian GRU. Individuals suspected of being involved in these acts were used as 'disposable agents.' European security agencies believe that these operations involve a network of about 10 people, some of whom may be high-ranking GRU officials.
