The special forces brigade 'Azov' is looking for people who can professionally test software for its battalions and other units. This refers to QA specialists.
Responsibilities of the QA specialist will include:
- testing web and mobile applications;
- writing test cases and checklists;
- building workflows and testing processes from scratch (if these are new products);
- finding and describing bugs in the tracking system (Trello/Github Issues, etc.);
- working with technical documentation;
- close cooperation with developers and managers;
- checking fixes and performing regression testing;
- ensuring compliance with UI/UX design and understanding patterns;
- supporting and developing existing products;
- developing new products together with the team;
- participating in discussions and agreements;
- reacting promptly to urgent tasks and adapting to the stages of development.
Requirements for candidates
- experience in similar positions: 4+ years;
- deep understanding of the basics of testing (manual testing);
- experience in testing web applications;
- preferably understanding and experience working on projects with TypeScript, React, SPA projects based on Vite, Next.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL;
- experience with bug tracking systems;
- ability to write clear bug reports;
- attention to detail;
- experience working on large SaaS platforms, SAP and/or ERP and CRM systems will be an advantage;
- experience with Postman, browser DevTools will be a plus;
- English at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation;
- willingness to constantly learn and develop professionally and beyond.
What are the service and working conditions
The 'Azov' brigade offers official mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract. There is the possibility of transferring current servicemen.
It is also possible to perform duties in the combat zone. In this case, a cash supplement of 3300 UAH/day will be paid.
