By November 1: Who among Ukrainians needs to undergo identification for payments.
According to inkorr.com: In November 2025, significant changes in pension payments are not expected; however, some citizens need to take important actions by November 1. The Pension Fund urges those who were registered with social protection authorities in temporarily occupied territories or in areas of active hostilities to undergo physical identification. This also applies to those who have not submitted applications for the continuation of payments since February 24, 2022.
Physical identification is mandatory for recipients of state social assistance. This applies to individuals without pension rights, people with disabilities, and children with disabilities. The process can be completed online via video call by submitting the necessary application on the Pension Fund portal.
The procedure is mandatory for recipients of state social assistance: individuals without pension rights, people with disabilities (including childhood disabilities), and children with disabilities.
Additional payments for pensioners and lonely citizens
Pensioners over 70 years old, whose pension does not exceed 10,340.35 UAH, automatically receive allowances depending on age. Thus, individuals aged 70-74 receive 300 UAH per month, from 75 to 79 years old - 456 UAH, and those older than 80 years - 570 UAH.
Additionally, extra payments are provided for lonely pensioners aged 80 and above who require constant care. To receive these payments, one must contact the Pension Fund with the necessary document package.
Thus, in November 2025, the Pension Fund highlights the importance of undergoing physical identification for certain citizens and also informs about the provision of additional payments to pensioners over 70 years old and lonely individuals aged 80 and above.
These changes are part of the efforts of the state to improve the social protection of the most vulnerable categories of the population. It is important that all those who fall under these categories do not miss the deadline for identification, which will help them maintain financial stability in difficult conditions.
