Most Ukrainian teenagers want to live in Ukraine: research results.
According to inkorr.com: More than half of Ukrainian teenagers want to stay in Ukraine after their studies. At the same time, only one third of them plan to remain in their hometown or village.
Reasons for staying in their homeland
The research showed that the main reasons why young people want to stay in their native locality are a sense of belonging to the community, satisfaction with their education, and active participation in extracurricular activities. Students who feel part of their community and are satisfied with their education are more likely to choose to stay.
Optimistic views of the future
The research results indicate diverse views of teenagers on their future in Ukraine. 40% of the respondents have optimistic views about employment, showing their belief in their own capabilities in the labor market.
These findings emphasize the importance of supporting youth in their desire to stay in the country and actively participate in the development of their communities. Personal ambitions and a positive outlook for the future can play a decisive role in shaping a new generation ready to build a life in Ukraine.
