The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported on fraudulent schemes for receiving state aid through 'eSupport'.

Fraudsters create fake websites and social media accounts where they promise to issue state payments. They attempt to convince people to follow links and enter their bank details, including PIN codes, logins, internet banking passwords, as well as one-Time passwords and SMS codes.

After obtaining this information, fraudsters use it to withdraw money from citizens' bank cards.

Banks and government institutions never ask anyone for their card details through social media or third-party websites.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs urges citizens to be vigilant and verify information only on official resources.

Citizens are advised to avoid entering personal data on suspicious websites to avoid becoming victims of fraudsters. If you have been affected by the actions of the attackers, you should immediately contact the police.

Earlier, the cyber police warned parents about a new dangerous challenge that harms children.
