TCC certificates are no longer needed: important changes have been introduced for drivers.
President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law on deregulation and de-shadowing of the used car trade market
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law that provides for the deregulation and de-shadowing of the used car trade market. The introduction of new norms in the sale of used cars will ease the buying and selling process and make it more convenient for citizens.
The law exempts sellers of used cars and their parts from the obligation to re-register vehicles that have been in use and to submit the relevant documents to the MIA service centers with the mark of the corresponding district (city) TCC and SP.
In addition, the bill is aimed at bringing the market out of the shadows and eliminating schemes that harm the budget by not paying the relevant taxes.
We draw your attention to the fact that the use of summer tires in winter may result in liability for drivers.
