Debut of Young Stars in the Premier League

According to The Sun: How can you shine in the Premier League before you even start shaving properly? Max Dowan and Rio Nguema have proven it’s possible with their impressive performances.

In the 1980s, when I was into dancing, a popular song from Wham! called “Young Guns (Go for it!)” was out. And these two young talents are undoubtedly on their way to success.

Dowan took to the field in Arsenal's match against Leeds, which ended in a 5-0 victory, and earned a penalty. Meanwhile, Nguema scored the decisive goal in a dramatic match where Liverpool defeated Newcastle 3-2 on Monday.

It’s impressive that both players are still very young. Nguema, who recently celebrated his 17th birthday, earned a penalty while playing for England at youth competitions, while Dowan made an impressive debut at the age of 15 at the Emirates.

Talents like them deserve support in the Premier League, and it should be noted that both young players are English.

Potential of Young Stars

There is extraordinary potential in their debuts, although Arsenal and Liverpool will do everything they can to support them in the early days of professional football. Dowan is considered one of the most promising players in this tournament.

However, there are many cases where young stars have failed to realize their potential. When recalling Francis Jeffers or Nick Powell, it becomes clear that not everyone makes it in professional football.

Despite this, most teams are willing to give young players a chance, even if they are not yet fully mature for it.

Advice from Veterans

If we continue the theme of youth, we can only hope that Nguema and Dowan will receive the necessary support to develop at their own pace. As former US President Theodore Roosevelt said: “Believe in yourself — and you’re already halfway there.”

These young talents are undoubtedly on the brink of great achievements, and their careers are worth watching in the coming years.
