Price Reduction in Air Travel
According to The Sun: EASYJET reports that today's starting fares for their flights are actually less than half of the ticket prices the company began with 30 years ago. Adjusted for inflation, the airline states that prices have decreased by 55 percent since 1995. The lowest fares have dropped from £29 at that time — equivalent to £58 today — to £26.
“These facts emphasize our commitment to providing affordable travel for all,” said EASYJET.
Amid global changes in the aviation industry, the reduction in air travel prices from EASYJET could be a boon for travelers. It opens up new opportunities for travel, something many have eagerly awaited, as the accessibility of air travel becomes increasingly relevant in today's world.
