Eddie Howe rejected an offer from Manchester United: what will happen to Newcastle.
Eddie Howe dismissed rumors of a possible transfer
According to The Sun: Eddie Howe, the coach of Newcastle, declined to comment on the possibility of moving to Manchester United to replace Ruben Amorim. After the appointment of Liam Rosenior as Chelsea's head coach, Howe became one of the main candidates for the vacant position at Old Trafford.
'My main task is Newcastle, and I am fully focused on that,' said Howe.
Howe's contract with Newcastle is worth £6 million a year and runs until 2029, which gives the club certain rights in case he leaves.
This situation continues to heighten fan interest as the specialist has shown impressive results with the team. Howe, focused on developing Newcastle, currently has no plans to change his football environment, which has sparked much speculation in the press. The situation surrounding his position speaks of a huge demand for coaches who can lead clubs to success.
