The energy system of Ukraine will endure: expert on mistakes and strategy for victory.
The situation in the Ukrainian energy system
According to inkorr.com: Viktor Kurtev, an energy expert, shares his thoughts on the difficult situation in the Ukrainian energy system. According to him, this situation is complicated by constant attacks from Russia. However, he is confident that Ukraine will cope with the challenges. The expert emphasized that the country is waging an active war and has chosen an asymmetric strategy to preserve its statehood, although there are some shortcomings in the preparation for the protection of energy facilities.
According to Kurtev himself: 'Yes, we will be made to pay for our mistakes... it hurts, but we will endure anyway. And the energy sector will endure.'
Asymmetric warfare strategy
The expert also mentioned that Ukraine's strategy in asymmetric warfare includes various actions, including the use of drones to create 'killing zones', destruction of Russian oil infrastructure, and blocking the functioning of enemy airports. Despite the losses, the chosen strategy is the only possible way to preserve Ukraine's statehood.
The situation in the Ukrainian energy system remains tense due to external threats, but the internal determination and creativity in the defense strategy offer hope for a positive outcome. Ukrainian specialists continue to modernize approaches to the protection of critical infrastructure, which is an important step in countering the war.
