New energy installations will reduce power outages: what is planned in Ukraine.
According to ТСН: Currently, the only way to reduce power outage schedules in Ukraine is to implement a large number of low-powered energy installations.
This was reported by energy expert Hennadiy Ryabtsev on the air of 'Espreso'.
Situation in the regions
According to him, the worst situation in the energy system is observed in front-line regions. After the last attack, additional restrictions were introduced in at least four regions.
'In particular, in Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Poltava regions. Unfortunately, such fluctuations will continue for the next few months,' Ryabtsev emphasized.
The expert is convinced that the introduction of a large number of low-powered energy installations and their connection to the unified energy system can stabilize the situation in these areas and reduce the duration of outages.
'The more such installations operate in the regions, the more resilient the subsystems in these areas will be, and the entire energy system of Ukraine will be in a stable state. In my opinion, this is the only acceptable option today. And, oddly enough, the government thinks so too, but so far they are only talking about it,' he added.
Improving the situation
Let us remind you that earlier, the director of energy programs at the Razumkov Center, Volodymyr Omelchenko, pleased us with news about the reduction of outages. According to him, the situation in the energy system of Ukraine is gradually improving. The main nuclear blocks have already reached their nominal operating capacity, which will positively impact the duration of outages.
The DTEK company also noted that energy workers are completing several important repairs, after which the situation with electricity should improve. If the enemy does not strike again, Ukrainians will soon be able to expect a greater amount of light in their homes.
Thus, the efforts aimed at restoring the energy infrastructure may yield positive results in the near future. Although challenges remain, Ukrainians hope for stability in electricity supply, which will be an important element in restoring everyday life in crisis conditions.
