The expert explained how the enemy expanded the drone arsenal and changed the tactics of their use.
The Russian Armed Forces use all their drones to terrorize the peaceful population of Ukraine. This was reported by aviation expert Konstantin Krivolap.
According to him, the Russians have increased the number of drones and expanded their arsenal. In addition to 6,000 Shahed-136/139 strike kamikaze drones, they began local production of Shahed-type drones at the "Kupol" plant in Izhevsk and at the "Alabuga" facility in Tatarstan.
The Russians are gradually improving and modernizing drones by installing advanced communication tools and electronic warfare systems. They also use the "Kometa" electronic warfare system and an inertial guidance system, which complicates their suppression by electronic warfare systems.
Russian drones now have different ranges and charge powers and are used as reconnaissance drones or as air decoys imitating strike kamikaze drones.
