The forecasts of Arsen Didur, the executive director of the Union of Dairy Enterprises, indicate that in 2025, prices for dairy products will remain stable or even decrease in the first quarter. Generally, further dynamics will depend on the exchange rate of the hryvnia and external factors.
If prices for certain products favor exports, this will reflect on the domestic market.
In the first half of the year, price stabilization for raw materials is expected, as negotiations with milk producers to lower prices have already begun. Additionally, a seasonal increase in the supply of raw milk is anticipated, which will lead to further price reductions.
It should be noted that earlier in Ukraine, the prices of eggs and lard decreased.
