Ex-coach of Kyiv "Dynamo" Valery Gazzaev named dictator Vladimir Putin the best politician in the world, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo. Gazzaev, who was appointed during the elections under Putin, did not explain what exactly are Putin's advantages over Ronaldo.
