Electronic Labor Books in Ukraine: What to Do with Paper Documents.
According to inkorr.com: The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine explained how Ukrainians should act with labor books that are being digitized. The paper versions remain valid, but the electronic labor book is set to become the only official source of data on employment history. The digitization process will last until 2026. Currently, employees can independently check their data on the Pension Fund's website, fill in missing entries, and continue to receive information in paper form.
Electronic Labor Books in Ukraine
To simplify the accounting of labor activity, speed up pension accruals, and reduce bureaucracy, a system of electronic labor books is being implemented in Ukraine. The system is expected to become the main tool for employee accounting in the coming years.
The transition to electronic labor books opens up new opportunities for Ukrainians: convenience in managing their own data and streamlining processes related to pension provision. It is important for citizens to actively use the new opportunities and keep track of the relevance of their records in the system.
