E-TCC is being launched in Ukraine: over 600 thousand citizens will receive deferrals online.
According to inkorr.com: Ukraine is actively preparing for the implementation of the 'Electronic TCC' – a new system that will significantly simplify the automatic extension of deferrals from conscription. The initiative aims to create convenient and fast online application procedures for those liable for military service. More than 600 thousand citizens will be able to extend their deferrals without visiting the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC).
More than 600 thousand Ukrainians will receive extensions of deferrals without visiting the TCC, and 80% of all deferrals will be able to be processed through the Reserve+ app.
According to the government decision, starting from November 1, 2025, those liable for military service will be able to submit applications for deferrals in electronic format. Within the framework of the new system, the terms for over 600 thousand individuals will be automatically extended, and 80% of all deferrals will be able to be processed through the Reserve+ app. However, in some cases, personal visits to the Center for Administrative Services (CAS) will remain necessary.
Electronic military document and e-TCC
Particularly interesting is the introduction of an electronic military registration document with a QR code that will replace traditional paper certificates. This new document will become the primary confirmation of the right to deferment from conscription.
Thus, the innovations are part of the electronic system 'e-TCC', which aims to simplify procedures at the Territorial Recruitment Centers and increase their efficiency. This will contribute to greater transparency in the work of the system, allowing to avoid unnecessary queues and bureaucratic obstacles for those liable for military service.
The launch of the 'Electronic TCC' in Ukraine has sparked interest among citizens who are serving in the military. The new system will simplify and speed up the process of obtaining deferrals from conscription through online services. The innovative electronic document makes this process more modern and convenient for users. The implementation of the electronic system opens up new opportunities for improving accessibility and transparency in the relations between the state and those liable for military service.
