Jack Grealish earned £15 million from image rights: how the footballer built his fortune.
Jack Grealish's Financial Achievements
According to The Sun: English football star Jack Grealish has amassed a huge capital of £15 million through his image rights company.
This does not, of course, account for the approximately £300,000 per week he earns from his football career.
GettyAccording to the financial reports of Kelandan Ltd, which handles Grealish's image rights, profits for the 12 months ending last November rose to £10.5 million.
He also has investment property worth £470,000 and £9 million in cash.
Grealish, who lives in a luxurious mansion in Cheshire worth £6 million with his partner Sasha Attwood, has contracts with brands like Bose, Hellman's, Puma, and Gucci.
Successful Partnerships and Contracts
At 29 years old, the footballer, who still belongs to Manchester City, signed a seven-figure deal with Pepsi this year and expressed his excitement:
“I am thrilled to partner with Pepsi as a global brand ambassador. Pepsi has a wonderful legacy of collaborating with the biggest names in world football, and I’m glad to be part of their mission to entertain football fans all over the globe and inspire everyone to play the beautiful game.”
Famous players earn additional income from clubs through merchandise sales bearing their 'name, nickname, slogan, signatures, images, likeness, voice, logos, style, initials, team number or lineup.'
Last year, The Sun reported that Grealish's image rights company received £7 million from sponsorship deals.
Advertising contracts brought significant income for Kelandan, the company he runs with his father Kevin.
Jack also signed a deal with the non-alcoholic beverage brand Pepsi.
A source commented on the deal with Pepsi, where Grealish was featured in Champions League commercials:
“Jack is worth every penny to Pepsi, as everything he touches turns to gold.”
GettyJack Grealish's financial achievements underscore his success both on and off the field. The expansion of partnerships and signing lucrative contracts with well-known brands highlight his ability to leverage popularity and status in the football world.
Grealish is an example of how modern footballers can combine a sporting career with business opportunities, providing them with financial stability and influence in various fields.
