For the team from Cornwall, the trip to Cumbria and back takes over 14 hours. The next home match against Yeovil Town also requires 280 miles and a five-hour journey.
The most dedicated fans who attend all the away matches can cover 14,298 miles in a season.
The match against Carlisle sets a new record for the farthest away game in English leagues, surpassing the previous achievement held by matches between Newcastle and Plymouth in the 2009/10 season.
It is expected that 50 fans will make the major journey to the match at Bunton Park.
However, the train did not arrive on time, so fans were forced to use cars or planes.

Gareth Davies, media manager of Truro, noted that the match has generated significant interest, as fans want to brag about making this trip.
“One fan told me that their goal is to attend all 46 matches this season,” he said.
“Some may find the trip to Carlisle daunting, but we feel the exact opposite.”
“Interestingly, the match in Carlisle will be one of the biggest away days for our fans, despite the distance.”
Truro gained promotion to the fifth division of England after winning the National League South last season.

Manager of Carlisle, former Manchester United star Mark Hughes, expressed sympathy about Truro's journey during a pre-match press conference.
“It won’t be easy for them, but, like us, getting used to traveling long distances is second nature in terms of logistics,” he said.
“I’m sure they have a clear plan on how to get here on time and in the right physical condition.”
However, Truro will have two more away games this season that are even longer. The match against Gateshead will be an epic journey of 930 miles and will take almost FIFTEEN HOURS.
Additionally, the team will travel to Hartlepool for an 890-mile trip that will take 14 hours and 24 minutes.
