Enzo Fernandez: why he is the smartest choice among Chelsea midfielders.

According to The Sun: Enzo Fernandez (£4.6 million) has been a real find for Dream Team over the past year.

He is currently considered the best option for managers looking for a midfielder from Chelsea.
