Ukraine calls on Finland to support peace initiatives
Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak has called on Finland to support Ukraine's peace initiatives. In his column for Finnish society, he detailed the main aspects of the Victory Plan and the Peace Formula.
According to Yermak, Ukraine urges the international community, including Finland, to facilitate the end of the war on terms that ensure the protection of international law and state sovereignty.
The Head of the Presidential Office emphasized the need to develop a joint strategy to achieve a stable and just peace. He paid special attention to issues of environmental security and the reconstruction of Ukraine.
The column also noted Finland's significant contribution to supporting Ukraine. Yermak highlighted the importance of further developing bilateral cooperation to strengthen security and stability in Europe.
Ukraine is ready to consider various options for resolving the conflict, but with the condition of respecting international law and the territorial integrity of the country. According to the head of the Presidential Office, lasting peace should result from joint efforts aimed at ensuring justice and development for all parties.
