According to The Sun: Former Chelsea defender David Luiz has reportedly sent threatening messages to a young social worker after she declined his proposal for a threesome meeting.
A court in Brazil has issued a restraining order to protect 26-year-old Fransiska Caroline Barbosa Cavalcante.

She also noted that after the threats from Luiz became public, she started to feel a threat to her and her son's life, prompting her to change several residences out of fear of being followed.
Local media reports that Fransiska first met Luiz after he offered to stay at a hotel in Fortaleza, the capital of the state of Ceará.
Fransiska's lawyer, Fabiano Tavora, revealed that the hotels where she stayed cost from £140 per night, all expenses covered by the footballer. Less than a day after filing the police report, a restraining order was issued.
