According to The Sun: The former Premier League player terminated his contract with Blackpool after 30 days.
The club 'Tangerines' confirmed this decision by issuing a short statement.

Stephen Bruce's team did not provide any explanations for the reasons behind this decision.
At the same time, the club released a short statement confirming the player's departure.
Blackpool announced: “Blackpool Football Club informs that Malcolm Ebiowei has left the club by mutual consent. The club wishes Malcolm all the best in the future.”
Ebiowei had four substitute appearances for Blackpool, but the team lost all the matches.
He was not included in the squad for the game against Bolton, which ended in a 1-1 draw, just five days before the contract was terminated.

Ebiowei spent ten years in the academies of Chelsea and Arsenal, as well as two years at Rangers.
He made his debut in adult football with Derby in the 2021-22 season, where he scored his first goal in a match against Blackpool.
His services were of interest to Manchester United, Tottenham, and Leeds, but he chose to move to Crystal Palace, signing a five-year contract.
