According to inkorr.com: According to tax expert Mykhailo Smokovych, individual entrepreneurs must make the appropriate payments and submit reports by the end of November.
For entrepreneurs in group 3:
Submit the single tax payer declaration for 9 months of 2025 - by November 10
Pay 5% single tax for the 3rd quarter - by November 19
Pay 1% military tax for the 3rd quarter - by November 19
For entrepreneurs in groups 1 and 2:
Military tax for November - 800 UAH - by November 20
Single tax for November for group 2 entrepreneurs - 1600 UAH - by November 20
Single tax for November for group 1 entrepreneurs - 302.80 UAH - by November 20
Payment of military tax and single tax for entrepreneurs registered in combat zones is voluntary. Individual entrepreneurs who hire employees must submit the tax calculation with Annex 1 on the single insurance contribution (ЕСВ) and Annex 4DF for October by November 20. Additionally, those who make payments to individuals must also submit the tax calculation with Annex 4DF for October by November 20.
