Hero of Ukraine identifies the main problem in training of the mobilized.

Bradley M2 combat vehicle commander Oleksandr Krokovets stated that the army lacks people and many of the mobilized have health problems. He noted that many of those who voluntarily join the army have no understanding of war and are also not morally prepared for battle.
Krokovets said he has a "Barbie" crew he can rely on, but not all mobilized are capable of such selfless fighting.
The commander emphasized that for him, Russian soldiers are a target, and his desire to kill them grows every day. He also mentioned his fallen comrade Vasyl Huz, who showed great devotion to Ukraine during the war.
Krokovets believes that the issue lies in the training system, as well as in the various training centers from which recruits come.
The commander expressed concern about the replenishment of army personnel after mobilization, and mentioned that some of the mobilized might still be in training centers.
Despite plans to mobilize 200,000 recruits by the end of 2024, the implementation of these plans seems doubtful due to various factors, such as the decrease in the number of men of conscription age and the resistance to mobilization among the population.
Roman Kostenko, the Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, has previously stated that the mobilization age in Ukraine should be from 20 years.
