Common mistakes in making Yorkshire puddings
Gordon Ramsay shared the most common mistakes that people make when preparing Yorkshire puddings, as well as tips on how to make the perfect portion. As the owner of eight Michelin stars across five of his restaurants, he is a true expert in this field.“The key is using very hot oil. - Use fresh ingredients.
- Do not open the oven door while baking.
- Let the batter rest before baking to make it airier.
