Gordon Ramsay shared the most common mistakes that people make when preparing Yorkshire puddings, as well as tips on how to make the perfect portion. As the owner of eight Michelin stars across five of his restaurants, he is a true expert in this field.“The key is using very hot oil. It should be heated to a temperature where the batter starts to rise immediately after pouring.”Among other tips the chef provided:
- Use fresh ingredients.
- Do not open the oven door while baking.
- Let the batter rest before baking to make it airier.
