It is noted that the specialist will miss the next two matches of Bologna in the Europa League and Serie A.

The coach is undergoing treatment at 'Sant'Orsola-Malpighi' hospital. His condition is stable; however, he will not be able to manage the team during the Europa League matches against FCSB on October 23 and against Fiorentina in Serie A on October 26.

At the moment, Bologna has one point after two matches in the Europa League, occupying 30th place in the standings. In Serie A, the team currently sits in fifth place with 13 points.
