In Kharkiv, a Russian aerial bomb killed a 12-year-old boy, and another boy is still being searched for under the rubble. This was announced by the head of the Investigation Department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, Serhiy Bolvinov.
According to him, Russian occupiers dropped a guided bomb FAB-500 on the city, a 12-year-old boy was pulled out from under concrete slabs, but he did not even manage to be taken to the hospital, the child died in the ambulance.
Another child, a fifteen-year-old student, was visiting his grandmother and grandfather. His family lives in Northern Saltivka, and the parents decided to take him to a place they considered safer, closer to the metro. During the strike, the boy was in the apartment on the first floor, on the side where the Russians hit. The adults were resting in another room and survived. The fate of the child remains unknown,” notes Bolvinov.
A total of thirty-five people were injured in this strike, and the search operation continues.
Updated at 12:40. Dmytro Chubenko, a spokesman for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, said that the boy's body was found, and rescuers are conducting its deblocking. According to Chubenko, the boy lived on the first floor, and it was his room that was hit by the collapse of the other six floors. Currently, the student is showing no signs of life, but biological death will be confirmed after the body is unblocked, added the spokesman.
Attack of Russian troops on Kharkiv
On the evening of October 30, Russian troops struck Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb. As a result of the hit, the building entrance of a residential 9-story building was almost completely destroyed. Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the shelling of Kharkiv.
Also, this night, Russia once again attacked the Kyiv region with UAVs, and air defense forces were operating in the region. Drone debris fell on the territory of a settlement for internally displaced persons.
Recall that on the night of October 30, the enemy attacked the capital. Thus, as a result of the UAV attack, a fire broke out on the second and third floors of a nine-story building in the Solomianskyi district. The fire was later extinguished. During its extinguishing, 18 people were evacuated, and 30 were taken to fresh air. One person was rescued, and nine more people were injured.
