In the Kharkiv region, a hourly schedule of power outages will be in effect on November 9, with approximate hours of power supply interruptions.

Plan to exit the crisis

To gradually cancel the outage schedules and improve the electricity supply situation, the authorities have introduced alternative energy sources in the affected regions, including small modular boilers and other backup systems. Joint actions are coordinated with the Ministry of Regional Development and regional military administrations for faster restoration of power supply.

Previously, Ukrainians were informed about preparations for blackouts.

Electricity suppliers in Ukraine are trying to overcome difficulties in providing stable electricity supply due to powerful attacks on energy facilities. There are also plans to use alternative energy sources to restore the electrical grid and improve the situation in controlled territories.

This situation highlights the importance of strengthening the country's energy infrastructure and implementing new technologies to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply. The continuation of attacks on energy facilities presents challenges for Ukrainians, but at the same time obliges the authorities to find effective solutions for restoring the system.
