The footage shows the fire engulfing the check-in desk, with thick black smoke rising up. Those who were there described the event as incredibly terrifying as they ran away from the danger. According to information, the man initially tried to set a basket on fire and then went on a rampage with a hammer, smashing the check-in desks. He was detained after attempting to attack security staff. The airport had to temporarily close some areas, but the situation was quickly contained to avoid disrupting air traffic. As a result of the man setting the check-in desk on fire at Milan Airport, panic ensued among the passengers, and some flights had to be temporarily canceled. However, thanks to the prompt actions of rescuers and security services, the situation was quickly resolved without serious consequences.
